Provide companionship and activities with senior housing lunches during school vacation days and throughout the summer.
Bread for Life, a non profit organization, is able to accept a limited number of volunteers that need to fulfill 50 hours or less under Court Ordered Community Service. Applicants will not work with our clients. Assignments may include outside cleaning, building cleaning and upkeep, janitorial services, and garden work.
Documentation from the court verifying the reason needed to complete these hours is required before hours can be started. Please note, we are not able to provide evening hours. Hours available are 10:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday-Friday and 11:00 am-1:00 pm on Saturday.
Bread for Life will not approve Community Service hours that stem from charges of violent crimes, theft, drugs, or sexual offenses.
